ISHEL - Indegineous Sport Horse Equestrian League

ISHEL, is a FOCUSED GROUP for the purpose of TARGETTED DEVELOPMENT OF INDIGENOUS HORSES OF INDIA IN EQUESTRIAN SPORT. The objectives of the Society will be to: 1. Spread awareness around the Indigenous Sport Horses. 2. Provide a platform for discussion on the ways in which the indigenous horses of India can be introduced to and developed into modern day equestrian sport. 3. Work towards development of an ecosystem for indigenous horses, riders, judges, trainers and other stakeholders leading to holding of equestrian sport events at the grassroot, provincial and national level. 4. Develop training content and impart training to stakeholders at grassroot, provincial and national level on various aspects of horse care and management and equestrian sport disciplines. 5. Host and authorize hosting of equestrian sport events at the grassroot, provincial and national level. 6. Actively work towards spreading knowledge about indigenous sport horses of India to the world.
